Our Resident Squirrel

We have a squirrel at Ocean Oasis that likes to take our hazelnuts and hide them in our dogwood tree. The kids thought it would be fun to give him some peanuts too so they climbed up into the tree the other day and hid peanuts all throughout. Lo and behold, the next day when we returned they were all gone!

The squirrel isn't the only one that has been busy at the house. We have more tile (including my foyer which I so desparately wanted to lay with black and white checkerboard tile), more cabinets and a tub finally in place! They have finished the flooring on the main level and are going to get started on the top floor soon. It is hard to get some good pictures as they are covering the floors as soon as they are done to protect them. Great idea, I think!
